Welcome!

At different times in one's life, painful feelings such as anxiety, depression or low self-esteem may be present. Life stressors, complicated interpersonal relationships and more can overpower one's coping resources. At this time, seeking help in the form of therapy can be beneficial.

Are you interested in moving beyond feelings of sadness and worry? Are you looking to create more meaningful relationships in your life? Are you seeking more meaning and purpose in your life? If so, counseling can be helpful in starting on this journey.

I have a special interest in working with individuals who are dealing with the following issues:
- depression
- anxiety
- stress management
- panic attacks
- communication skills
- career dissatisfaction
- relationship problems
- low self-esteem
- identity issues
- life transitions (divorce, work transition)
- life meaning and purpose
- teacher, therapist, pastor burnout/resiliency development
